Insya Allah, don't forget to attend to the QLEP Iftar on September 9, 2009 (Ramadhan 19)Wednesday organized by QLEP at Al-Malik Faisal Hall, CFS IIUM, PJ. All QLEP Committees are invited. Let's Celebrate the Ramadhan Festive Season happily ever after. Let we all help altogether in spirit of ukhwwah Islamiah to make this Climax Final Night for QLEP in this Sem 1 as the successful ever.

ITINERARY for IFTAR AT-TIS'AAH:-

6.00 - before 7 pm:
Opening Ceremony & Prize-Giving Ceremony for Arabic Scrabble & FINDHOPE Writing

7.00 - before Breaking-Fast (Maghrib):
Recitation of Ma'thurat in Jama'aah & Fikir atas Iman dan Amal Simple Tazkirah

Breaking-fast ( Light Iftar ) for 10 minutes

Maghrib Prayer in Jama'aah by PM IV Project

Iftar part 2 (Heavy Iftar) until Isya' Jama'aah Prayer (at 8.30 pm)

Isya', Tarawikh & Witir Jama'aah Prayer until 9.30 pm

Quiz session ( if any )in between 9.30 - 10.00 pm

10.00 - 11.00 pm insya Allah:
Talk on ROH RAMADHAN FI PALESTIN by Rep from AMAN PALESTIN

- Final Touch Before Program = Penilaian Preparation Works yang sudah dibuat & Penyelesaian Masalah sepanjang dalam Gerakerja Program ( jika ADA )

- Execution Cooperatively of Activities on Program Day ( RUN ON Activities / Events of Program Together )

= Involvement, Commitment of All Organizing Committee Program Group / Unit secara Teamwork Cooperation ( Volunteership, Friendliness & Cooperation – Commitment in Togetherness )

= Tanggungjawab, Own Creativity & Innovation to Handle & Manage Activities / Events of Program Successfully ( as Person-in-Charge ); Promote lagi to others to join Program Activities / Events antum – pastikan Objektif Program dipenuhi & Program is Organised & Carried On “ in Orderly-Manner ”

= Give Brief & Specific Program Report ( to PM @ Director lepas Tamat Program TERUS untuk Penilaian SWOT Kebaikan & Keburukan Program sebagai IKTIBAR For ALL)

= Reconfirm Program Budget Outline again based on Program Paperwork & also from Related Committee Members or Bureaus involved; GET ADVICE From Ustazah Mardiana regarding with Amount of Money Needed & Program Budget Outline.

= Dapatkan Duit for Purchasing Items / Services (before Program) @ for Repayment to Committee Members or Bureaus involved for Purchasing Items / Services only. ( Utamakan yang Mana Afdal depending on Current Reality )

= ALL Collection of Receipts ( Purchased Items / Services ) TO BE GET from Committee Members or Bureaus involved only; DO Staple Altogether & DO NOT Write Date of Purchase - To Be SUBMITTED To Ustazah Mardiana IMMEDIATELY.

= SEEK ADVICES & REFERENCES by Discussion with Ustazah Mardiana @ related Ustaz & Ustazah QLD ( Program Adviser In Charge ) for the Contents / Making Questions of each Activities / Events ( in Terms of Language, Arahan Soalan in Arabic, ETC.).

= Have Direct Contact & Connection actively with among antum Organizing Committee Program Group in Same Unit besides Committee Members from other Unit & Director, Assistant Director, Chief Secretary Council & Chief Financial Council together along with Ustazah Mardiana anytime anywhere for Better Organizing & Running ( Conducting ) Program. - Ask PM Program for Further Clarification about your Program.

= Syura Periodically with among antum Organizing Committee Program Group @ Unit anytime anywhere when Needed & Director Council Conference with Ustazah Mardiana to foster stronger Muslim Brotherhood ( Ukhuwwah Islamiah) among ALL of US, 1 FAMILY Of QLEP.

= Get, Study & Revise your Program Paperwork & from other Program Group ( Past Paperworks, Tentative, etc., Dapatkan dari Director sendiri)

= RELATE your Studies in terms of Knowledge & Understanding on Concept in Studies Subjects with Organizing & Running Program by Making Progam & its Activities / Events as an important Projectwork & Assignment that must be completed on time.
